These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Phalgo platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a Phalgo account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

To access the full features of the Phalgo Platform, you must register for an account. You may only hold one active account on Phalgo at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify Phalgo promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Phalgo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Phalgo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Phalgo immediately by contacting our support team. Phalgo reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
Phalgo is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Phalgo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Phalgo accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified. Phalgo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits are generally credited to your Phalgo wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Phalgo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Phalgo aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
Phalgo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if Phalgo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on Phalgo are conducted in Philippine Peso. Phalgo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Phalgo reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.
Phalgo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed. Phalgo reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
Phalgo strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements, placing bets that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. Phalgo reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to use bonus funds within the applicable validity period.
All games available on the Phalgo Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Phalgo's RNG systems are independently tested and certified to meet industry standards for fairness and randomness.
Each game on the Phalgo Platform has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term average percentage of wagered amounts returned to players as winnings. RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, Phalgo reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Phalgo will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Phalgo Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. Phalgo reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice. Bets placed in excess of the published maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

Phalgo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Phalgo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phalgo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Phalgo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Phalgo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Phalgo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for breach, Phalgo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination for any other reason, Phalgo will return your remaining balance after deducting any amounts owed to Phalgo, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your Phalgo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to Phalgo. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Phalgo Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Phalgo's support team. Phalgo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Phalgo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Phalgo will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Phalgo Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
